"A New Life," my science-fiction romance short story, appears in this anthology.

My romantic suspense novel, All Creatures Great and...Dead, is now available from Cerridwen Press. The following is a short description of the book: Kindly country veterinarian Travis Kellman is astonished when his stepmother Alicia tries to blackmail him. He can’t imagine what she has on him, and she won’t tell him, but it will change his whole life if she speaks. When Alicia turns up murdered, the entire family becomes suspects. Travis must deal with old and new family secrets, a three-legged dog, seven cats, the consequences of an old romance, an exciting new romance, and somehow track down the real murderer--before the killer gets to him.

My short story, "A New Life," will be appearing in SUM 3, an anthology of Zircon winners and finalists. The Zircon is the annual short story contest held by the Speculative Romance Online newsletter. SUM 3 will be published by Zumaya Press in November 2006, in both electronic format and print.
